HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A RING?
All pieces are designed and handcrafted in NSW, Australia. The average production time is 5 weeks once you have selected your diamond or gemstone and accepted your quotation.
Do you offer repairs or warranty?
As each piece is lovingly handcrafted by our master jeweller, we are absolutely confident in the quality of our jewellery.
However, if something does happen to your piece, we will assist you after assessment of the damage/nature of the damage caused.
What if I want a coloured gemstone e.g. Sapphire?
We LOVE working with coloured gemstones. With our experience and relationships in the industry, we are very proud to have access to some of Australia’s most beautiful natural sapphires.
In addition, we can offer with specialised gemstones such as Rubies, Tourmalines, Spinel etc.
WHAT QUALITY ARE THE DIAMONDS?
We maintain a high standard of quality for all diamonds for our clients.
We only offer diamonds of D - G colour, and Flawless - SI clarity. If you have more questions about diamond quality, please contact us!
Are the diamonds graded by GIA?
Yes, all diamonds are graded by GIA as a preference.
what budgets can you cater to?
We can produce a beautiful piece for you to suit you budget. For engagement rings, depending on the centre stone of your choice these can begin from $5,000.
How do I insure my ring?
Great question. We have the solution for you to ensure a super efficient process with peace of mind your beautiful piece is protected from the moment it leaves our studio!

What metalS DO YOU WORK WITH?
To ensure you can wear your piece every day for the rest of your life, we produce only with 18ct. yellow, rose & white gold or platinum for all of our clients creations.
WHERE ARE YOUR DIAMONDS FROM?
We only work with diamonds that have an ethical supply chain as a requirement of the Kimberley process.
We can offer diamonds that have origin if this is your preference.
